The ladies met again on Monday, July 13 for the last meeting before the August break.
The annual summer supper followed by a lively game of Smite in which our competitive edges came to the fore, tactics were deployed and we all had a fun time.
Members were reminded of our social evening of a fish and chip supper on July 27, please bring drinks of your own choosing as no drinks will be provided.
See committee member for details and tickets. They were also reminded of the Annual Council meeting and the Murder Mystery evening in October.
The programme will resume on Monday, September 14 at 7.30pm when, in a change to the programme, we look forward to a talk on “Operation Christmas Child”. There will also be a monthly book and raffle.
New members are always very welcome.
