KIDDERMINSTER Harriers’ Academy saw their fantastic run in the FA Youth Cup come to an end as they were edged out 2-1 by Blackpool at Aggborough in the Third Round.
A 311 strong crowd came out in force to watch the game.
Blackpool’s Henry Cameron had given the visitors the lead just before half-time, but Connor Perry-Holmes equalised for Harriers just five minutes into the second half, firing home a low free-kick.
But Kidderminster’s hopes of a giant-killing were ended three minutes later when Sam Roscoe scored a free header from a corner.
