JORDAN Tunnicliffe says he's glad to be back in the Harriers fold after months sidelined by injury.
The popular defender has returned from a loan spell at Sutton Coldfield fit and is ready to bolster Kidderminster's hopes of escaping relegation from the Vanarama National League.
The centre back spent three months out with a hamstring injury and has eased himself back into life on the pitch with six matches at Coles Lane.
Kidderminster, who are bottom of the Vanarama National League, face two games over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
They go to out of form Woking on Saturday before entertaining Tranmere Rovers at Aggborough on Monday (both games 3pm ko).
He said: "When I got over my injury I knew I couldn't just go straight back into the team.
"Sutton have been great; they eased me in by playing 60 minutes then 70 minutes in my first few matches and then I played three full games.
"Hopefully I can play some part with Harriers until the end of the season, all I can do is work hard and see what happens.
"Even though the team is in a difficult position, there's a belief we can play well and maybe do enough to stay up.
"Obviously, Harriers won their last game so I know the manager won't want to change a winning team so we'll see."
Tunnicliffe's injury coincided with with a tumultuous period, where senior players such as Joe Clarke and Reece Styche left the club and gifted youngsters such as Elton Ngwatala, Ousmane Fane and Arthur Gnahoua joined.
He added: "It's been like two seasons crammed into one because when I returned from my injury it was like new group of players!
"But it's been great in training, there is a good feeling in the group."
Elton Ngwatala may return from a knee injury to play some part this weekend, while Gurjit Singh is also back from a loan spell at Stourbridge.
Harriers will be hoping to make it two wins in a row when they face an out of form Woking side, who have lost the last seven games in all competitions.
