HARRIERS again put Tamworth to the sword, this time by four goals to nil to make progress through to the Third Qualifying Round of the FA Cup.
Harriers were forced into making one change to the side that had beaten Tamworth so handsomely just days earlier; James McQuilkin was rested due to a hamstring problem with Ashley Carter taking his place in the starting line-up. There was a spot on an increased bench for Jared Hodgkiss who was named as one of seven substitutes after time out with an ankle problem.
The home camp had been wary of a visiting backlash ahead of this one, and they'd clearly insisted on a professional start from their players as, within 20 minutes, the reds were some three goals up and looking comfortable.
The first goal came with just five minutes gone, a simple corner-kick routine finished sweetly by Ngatwala, and swiftly followed by the second with just 11 on the clock, another corner rammed home at the far post by Dieseruvwe.
Dieseruvwe clearly had the taste of goalmouth action because he then netted again just seven minutes later- this time a cool drive beyond James Belshaw after he picked up on a block inside the area as Tamworth failed to deal with the threat of Gnahoua.
Tamworth almost had one back through Dyer's header soon after, Newton then aiming just past the post as the chances increased - Harriers keeping a firm interest on that score as Gnahoua also forced a low save from Belshaw.
Harriers had their fourth with less than an hour gone when Belshaw failed to keep out Gnahoua's powered shot after Hornby's clearance had found the head of Dieseruvwe.
Minutes later Tyrone Williams almost got in on the act only for his effort to rise over the bar, Dieseruvwe finding a similar result when he took aim for his hat-trick inside the closing stages.
