WORCESTER City made it six wins in a row in all competitions as they breezed into the quarter-final of the Worcestershire FA Senior Invitational Cup with a 3-1 win over Bewdley Town.
Chris Sterling netted inside three minutes to open the scoring and it was 3-0 by half-time after goals from the returning Daniel Westwood and Archie Muirhead.
Simon Rudd pulled one back in the second half for Bewdley, who finished the game with 10 men after a red card to Rio Bakala, but it was nothing more than a consolation in the end.
The quarter-final draw sees them face Evesham United at Claines Lane, with the game due to go ahead on December 7.
Elsewhere, Stourport Swifts scored a 94th minute winner to beat Malvern Town 2-1 in the first-round tie.
Swifts had gone 1-0 up thanks to Jack Storer's strike but Joe Bullock equalised late in the first-half to make it 1-1 at the break.
Lee Hughes then stepped up deep into stoppage time to send Stourport into the second-round, where they will face Redditch United.
Pershore Town also enjoyed a triumphant evening as they pulled off a shock to beat higher level Lye Town 1-0.
James Baldwin scored the only goal as the Plums progress to play Bromsgrove Sporting in the quarter-final.
Worcester Raiders will host Kidderminster Harriers in the stand out tie of the round at Sixways after their 4-0 win over Littleton Town last Saturday.
