HARRIERS Manager Phil Brown has made his first signing as boss with striker Sam Bellis joining on loan from Barrow.
The 21-year-old is a former Manchester City and Southampton Academy player, who spent four years with the St. Mary’s outfit before his switch to the Bluebirds.
The young striker has joined the Harriers on loan until the end of the season.
Harriers boss Brown said: “Sam’s had a great career to start off with and is of that pedigree.
“He’s shown an initiative off the field of play this week that hopefully, if he shows it on the field of play, we’ll have a player who can get hold of a game.
“He’s in the goal scoring end of the pitch so we’re hoping he’s going to come and let the handbrake off in the final third, and it’s a good sign that somebody wants to come and join us and help us get out of the problem we’re in.”
