BUDDING Chaddesley Corbett football star Zachary Jeacock could be set for a glistening future after signing academy forms for a Premiership side.
Zachary, who only turned eight this month, put pen to paper after impressing Birmingham City bosses whilst playing for the under-9s.
The attacking midfielder or forward is the youngest player ever to sign for the Blues and attends Winterfold House School.
He has been playing football at the school and for West Hagley FC for three years but will now only turn out for Birmingham.
His father Stephen said: “He has always been football mad like his dad but unlike me he has two feet and should make a fine player.
“This is a great birthday present for him and the whole family is very proud because he has done very well to be spotted so young.”
