KIDDERMINSTER Harriers' squad rebuilding is taking shape after boss Mark Yates snapped up two more transfer targets.
Former loan striker Andy White has returned to Aggborough on a 12-month contract while defender Stuart Whitehead has agreed a two-year deal after leaving Shrewsbury.
With Michael Blackwood also pledging to stay for another year, Harriers now have 10 players signed up for next season.
Jake Sedgemore, Russ Penn, Gavin Hurren, Luke Reynolds, Simon Russell and Michael McGrath are already on board, along with young Telford goalkeeper Stuart Taylor.
White arrives at Harriers after being released by Notts County. The former Mansfield and Crewe frontman scored two goals in 14 games in his two previous spells with Kidderminster.
Whitehead, who can play right back or centre half, started his career with Bromsgrove Rovers.
Since then he has played for Bolton, Carlisle, Darlington and Telford.
Fans wishing to take advantage of the club's early bird scheme have until Saturday morning at the latest.
The ticket office will be open from 10am to 1pm so that supporters can purchase season tickets at discount prices.
Former fans' favourite Ian Foster has been officially appointed as the club's new physiotherapist and will take over when the players return to pre-season training early next month.
Jim Conway, who was suspended earlier in the year, has now left the club, although Harriers are refusing to comment any further on his departure.
WHILE manager Mark Yates has been sowing the seeds for success in the transfer market, Barry Norgrove and the Harriers board have been overseeing the re-seeding of the Aggborough pitch.
A specialist firm have been brought in to improve the playing surface and the work will be done in good time to allow the grass to grow back ahead of the pre-season friendlies and the August 12 Conference kick-off.
"It desperately needed doing and we've spent a fair bit of money to bring it back up to scratch," said Norgrove.
Harriers are in discussions with West Bromwich Albion over whether the lucrative agreement to stage the Championship club's reserve matches at Aggborough will continue next season.
